When the client is going to introduce Cloudia for a specific overseas subsidiary alone, our services will go through the following steps. This process takes one month in total at earliest.
When the client is going to introduce Cloudia across the corporate group, either of the following ways is typically taken.
From all the target group companies, one company is selected as a pace setter. Based on the feedbacks obtained from the launch of Cloudia at this pace-setting company, the plan to implement Cludia in other companies is drawn up and then put into action, in phases or all at once. This process, from start to finish, takes quite a long time, but it is probably the surest approach.
If the client desires to standardize the entire group's business processes and adopt Cloudia as the common business system for that purpose, it could be one of the effective choices to take enough time for requirement definition and add-on development and launch the well-customized Cloudia at all the group companies, either concurrently or in phases. If launched in phases, the system introduction may be carried out by category classified based on regions, business segments, business years or other factors. This approach requires powerful project management skills and a long lead time, but it may reduce the time for actual system introduction or migration and facilitate group-wide standardization.
